The 2023-2024 season marks the 40th anniversary of NYC’s Bomba and Plena ambassadors to the world, their music, their work, and their people.

Celebrations kicked off with special concerts, workshops and exhibits in collaboration with Taller Boricua, Pregones Theater, Alex Apolo Ayala, Juan Usera, The Clemente Soto Vélez Cultural & Educational Center, Citylore, the Bronx Music and Heritage Center and East Harlem Tutorial Program.
