Join LP21 for our popular and invigorating Bomba and Plena dance and drum workshops for adults, now offering 2 back-to-back
sessions designed to meet your needs and interests:
Introductory session: 11:00 am – 12:20 pm
Intermediate session: 12:30 – 1:45 pm
Each session: $15
Both sessions: $25

WALK-IN’S ARE WELCOME!
All classes, taught by master practitioners and top LP21 drummers and dancers – Juan Gutiérrez, Alex LaSalle and Julia Gutiérrez-Rivera – explore the fundamentals, particularities and contemporary practices of both bomba & plena in each session!
Students are also invited to perform and participate in other LP21 community activities, where they will have the opportunity to “strut their stuff” and learn first-hand key lessons in professional musicianship
